The minimum mean air velocity measured within the first 10 shields of <br />the headgate shall be 200 feet per minute and within the last 10 <br />shields of the tailgate the velocity shall be 100 feet per minute. <br />• 2. The minimum quantity of air reaching the working face or longwall <br />face shall be 30,000 @ H.G. cubic feet a minute. <br />3. At least 80 per cent of sprays indicated far dust suppression on each <br />piece of equipment shall be maintained and operated at the indicated <br />water pressure and flow rate for the spray. <br />4.
