r r'
EXHIBIT B
MINING PLAN

The site plan in Exhibit C shows the location of the leased
property and the total extent of the gravel pit operation.
The initial phase of the operation will be to construct the
access road to the site. A portion of the existing county access
road will be utilized to gain entrance to the proposed pit as
shown on the site plan. Approximately 1,000 feet of additional
roadway will be required to reach the proposed Amick Pit. This
road will be on Lynn Whiteman's property and will serve as access
to Whiteman's property and to the Amick Pit. Bailey Constructions's
9.9 acre mining operation will only include 300 feet of the access
road since the road will be utilized after the life of the mine.
Equipment used at the pit will include a D8 dozer, a self
propelled scraper, a grader, a primary and secondary crusher and
a wash plant. All necessary support equipment will also be needed
such as the stackers, feeders and pumps. Two portable shops or
storage trailers will be the only structures on the land.
The mining operation will begin at the southern end of the
property where the settling ponds are shown on the site plan. The
overburden from the pond area will be stockpiled to the north of
the ponds, and the gravel will be temporarily stockpiled to the
northeast. The crushing and washing operation will begin once a
e-1
