Whiteman, hereinafter called Whiteman, and Bailey Construction Company, Meeker, Colorado, hereinafter called Hailey. WITNESSETH: That for and in consideration of the pretai~eo~ the parties agree as follows to wit: 1. Whiteman hereby grants unto Bailey and its .u .'y. employees the non exclusive easement to use the road described on Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorpornt®d herein by reference; together with that portion of said road to be con- structed by Aailey as shown on Exhibit B, attached hereto and incorporated herein by referencet said newly oonstructed road to t•e 20 feet in width. 2.
