et al ;

it to the persons whose names appear on the petition;
Each of the signatures appearing on the petition
is , in fact, a signature of the person whose name it purports to
be and the address each of the signatures has presented on the
petition is correctly set forth .
2) This Affidavit is given in support of a request for
denial. of the request for rezoning and a special use permit by
Best-Way Paving Company , et al . by the County Board of Commis-
sioners and the County Planning Commission .
