Applicant's 2.03 shares equate to a flow of 0.37 c.fs. <br />and have provided a full irrigation supply to 12.5'acres of land which will be <br />removed from irrigation, as more fully described in Paragraph 15, below. <br />B. The Applicant has a contract for the purchase of a equivalent to 50 acre feet <br />of transferable historic consumptive use in the Last Chance Ditch, together with 50 shazes <br />in the Loesch & Crane Ditch Company, which administers the Last Chance Ditch. The <br />Loesch & Crane Ditch Company has a total of 2,817 shares issued and outstanding. The <br />Agreement for Sale and Purchase relating to these shazes authorizes Applicant to file and <br />prosecute the Application.
