STANDARDS OF CONDUCT <br />COLORADO VAMPA COAL COMPANY I"CVCC"I <br />HERERV NOTIFIES ITS EMPO LVEES THAT THE <br />FOLLOWING STANDARDS OF CONDUCT PUB- <br />LISHED BV GETTV OIL COMPANY APPLY TO <br />CVCC'S OPERATIONS AND ARE PLACED IN <br />FULL FORCE AND EFFECT A$ OF DECEMBER <br />1, 1982. IN ADDITION TO THESE STANDARDS <br />OF CONDUCT, CVCC AL50 HAS OTHER RULES <br />AND REGULATIONS WHICH ARE NECESSARY <br />FOR ITS OPERATIONS. EMPLOYEES WHO HAVE <br />ANV QUESTIONS OR DESIRE INFORMATION <br />CONCERNING ANY OF CYCC'S RULES AND <br />REGULATIONS SHOULD CONTACT THEIR SU- <br />PERVISOR. <br />Set out below are some of the important principles <br />which provide a guideline for the conduct of all <br />emplP Vees of Getty Oil Company. While it would be <br />impractical t0 attempt to set torch a comprehensive <br />fist of standards, the Standartls of Contluct are intended <br />to set forth the minimum acceptable level of conduct <br />antl behavior to which all employees must adhere. <br />Generally, employees should strive toward conduce rig <br />themselves in a manner which rellects good judg- <br />ment, common sense, integrity, responsibility and <br />efficiency. <br />In adtlition to tha stand aids listed below, detailed <br />rules and regulations are contained in the Employee <br />Relations Manual antl the Policies antl Procedures <br />Manual. All divisions of Getty Oil Company also have <br />rules which am necessary for aCCpmphshmg their <br />operational obi ecti ves. The Company and its employ <br />ties also must comply with regulations placed upon it <br />by the United States government, state antl local <br />authorities. Employees desiring informabpn concern <br />mg rules and regulations pertaining to they division <br />or departntenl sh OUld cOn tact (heir Su pert/ iSOr. <br />The following standards establish the minimum <br />standard of conduct with which all employees are <br />enpectetl to comply. <br />Report m work regularly, on time, and in the man- <br />ner prescribed by your supervisor.
