M-86-124 i <br />ADEQUACY ITEMS <br />The following items must be addressed by the applicant in order to satisfy the <br />applicable requirements of CRS 34-32-101 et seq. and the Mineral Rules and <br />Regulations of the Mined Land Reclamation Board: <br />Exhibit B - Mining Plan <br />J 1. Please estimate the depth to which materials will be removed. Also <br />indicate how close your extraction activities will be to the county <br />road bridge. <br />~/ 2. Mining and reclamation will alter the channel gradient and <br />configuration. <br />a. Please elaborate on potential impacts to the county road bridge <br />located immediately adjacent to your operation. <br />`/ 3. How many inches (cubic yards) of topsoil will be stripped from lands <br />located out of the stream channel? <br />J 4. Please describe in Exhibit B or locate on Exhibit C-Map where in the <br />// permit area topsoil will be stripped from. <br />~ 5. Please describe in Exhibit B or indicate on Exhibit C-Map the location <br />of topsoil and overburden stockpiles. <br />6.
