As such, i[ is proposed that monitoring
be conducted on a quarterly basis at surface stations S-l, S-2 and S-3 and at wells A-l, W-l, and W-5.
Water flows measurements will be made at surface stations and water level measurements will be made
at wells each quarter with semiannual water chemistry being collected in June and December. No
sampling is currently being proposed for December 2002 because the Phase III analysis and application
is proposed to be submitted in August/September 2002. No deep wells are proposed for sampling
because ofthe PHC analysis which was submitted in 1997 and 1999 that confirmed no significant effects
to bedrock aquifers.
Should you have questions or need additional information concerning [his report, please do not hesitate
to contact Mr. Mike Keegan at Kaiser or lerme know.
Sincerely,
~ ~~
erry H.
