Moving <br />will be accomplished using a 3 yds3 loader and 12 yds3 dump trucks. <br />The loader can load a 12 yds3 dump truck in 1.6 minutes (2 minutes will be <br />used for calculation purposes). <br />A. Buttress Placement <br />Each truck will have a 10 minute round trip. <br />Assume 6 trucks each making 5 trips per hour. <br />320,000 yds3 x 12 yds3/truck load = 26,661 truck loads <br />(6 trucks x 5 trips/truck/hour)/26,667 trips = 889 hours. <br />889 hours x S50/hour/truck x 6 trucks = $266,700 <br />889 hours x $45/hour = $40,005 <br />B. Grading <br />The buttress area is approximately 8 acres. <br />Assume the same grading costs as the waste rock disposal area, $4,716/acre. <br />$4,776/acre x 8 acres = $38,208 <br />C.
