<br />PJ. Eugene Brownwood and Fern Lucille Brownwood, husband and wife
<br />hereinafter called first party, in consideration of $ 10.056 and other
<br />good and valuable consideration, paid by PLATTE RIVER POWER AUTHORITY, a political
<br />subdivision of the State of Colorado, hereinafter called second party, the re-
<br />ceipt and sufficiency of which whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants to
<br />second party a perpetual and exclusive easement and right of vfay to construct,
<br />operate, maintain, repair, reconstruct, •replace, inspect and remove, at any time
<br />and from time to time, electric transmission lines, consistiny of one line of
<br />towers, poles, and/or other structures, wires, and cables, including both under-
<br />ground and overhead ground wires, For the transmi ssi orl and distribution of electric
<br />energy and for communication purposes, and all necessary and proper foundations,
<br />footings, crossarms and other appliances and fixtures for use in connection with
<br />said towers, poles, and/or other structures, wires and cables, together with a
<br />right of way, on, along and in all of the hereinafter described strip of those
<br />E 1/2, Sec. 19 and SW 1/4 of SW 1/4 of
<br />certain lands which are situate in the so,. ~0 ~JriN, RFaer
<br />County of La rimer State of Colorado, and are described as follows:
<br />Being an easement 100 feet in width lying within the East 1/2~of Section 19
<br />and the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 20, both in Township
<br />5 North, Range 68 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, La rimer County,
<br />Colorado; the Centerline of which is described as follows:
<br />Commencing at the Southeast Corner of said Section 19 and running 589°
<br />58' 31" E a distance of 47.37 feet, more or less, to the Point Of
<br />Beginning of said described~Centerline. The Centerline runs thence
<br />N 03° 12' 07" W 1821.71 feet; thence N 00° 78' 19" W 938.47 feet; thence
<br />N 55° 32' 30" W 952 feet, more or less, to the North Bank of the Old Hahn
<br />Lateral which is the Point Of Ending of said described Centerline.
<br />First party further grants to second party:
<br />(a) the right of ingress to and egress from said strip over and across
<br />said-lands of the first party by means of roads and lanes tflereon, if such
<br />there be , otherwise by such route or routes as shall occasion the least ~'-'

<br />practicable damage and inconvenience to first party; provided that such right of~;
<br />ingress and egress shall not extend to any portion of said lands which is iso-
