Coulson continues to make efforts to reach <br />an agreement. In the event an agreement cannot be reached, a geotechnical stability <br />exhibit has been included (6.5 - GEOTECHNICAL STABILITY EXHIBIT) <br />The Western Area Power Administration (W PA) has been contacted regarding <br />execution of an agreement for mining within 200 ft of their utility poles. A notarized <br />letter stating W PA has no objection to an earlier version of the mine plan previously <br />planned as a 111c (SH287/City of Loveland Borrow Pit) has been included. An updated <br />letter from the W PA will be submitted to the division prior to the decision date. <br />The Platte River Power Authority (PRPA) has been contacted regarding execution of an <br />agreement for mining within 200 ft from their structures.
