iii iiiiiiiiiiiiiii1 • <br />i <br />999 <br />Rule 6.4.1 EXHIBIT A -Legal Description <br />The proposed Camilletti Milner Pit # 2 Gravel Pit is located on a site of approximately 45 acres in <br />the SE 1/4 of Section 15, Township Six North, Range 85 West, of the Sixth P.M., Routt County, <br />Colorado. A proposed haul road segment approximately 2,000 feet in length which will be associated <br />with this project is found in the NE 1/4 of Section 15, Township Six North, Range 85 West of the <br />Sixth P.M. Routt County Colorado. This haul road will be constructed across private property to <br />co~mect Routt County Road # 179 with U.S. Highway 40 to ensure that truck traffic avoids the Town <br />of Milner. <br />The site is located approximately 9.5 miles west of the center of downtown Steamboat Springs, <br />Colorado near the unincorporated village ofMilner. The proposed haul road is located approximately <br />0.5 mile east and southeast of the Village of Milner and the proposed mine site is located <br />approximately 0.7 mile to the south and southeast of the Village of Milner. <br />This EXHIBIT was prepared by <br />~ ~ <br />Kent A.
