Effluent Limitations (Continued) <br />Additional Conditions - effective at all times: <br />There shall be no discharge of floating solids or visible foam in other <br />than trace amounts. The discharge shall not contain any sanitary <br />sewage or other pollutants not associated with reclamation areas. <br />'Phese limitations shall apply to discharge from reclamation areas until <br />the performance bond issued to the facility by the arppropriate SMCRA <br />authority has been released and the division has approved inactivation <br />of the discharge point. <br />2. Burden of Proof Requirements <br />The permittee shall have burden of proof when requesting relief from <br />settleable solids limitations. Documentation proving the occurrence of <br />greater than a 10-year, 24-hour precipitation event or equivalent <br />snowmelt volume is required to waive settleable solids limitations. <br />The division shall determine the adequacy of proof. <br />Amended <br />See Part I.C. for Footnotes <br />Code: 1 - 8 Date: 9 - 84 <br />
