D~) The maps should follow a logical order and correspond to the <br />exhibits they illustrate.. <br />E) Accurately demarcate the affected area on the pre-mining and <br />mining plan map. This boundary could be highlighted in red. <br />F) A map specifically identifying vegetation found on the•site <br />at this time. <br />In general, the maps In this exhibit need to include additional infor- <br />mation as stated above and, possibly, other pertinent information. It Is <br />advised that Rule 2.12(3) of the Rules and Regulations be consulted for a <br />description of the type of information the maps should Include. <br />III. Exhibit D - Ftining Plan <br />The nlning plan needs to include additional information describing <br />more specifically the mining operation. This includes, but is not <br />limited to, the following: <br />.4) An assessment of the need for water inpour.dnents, sediment con- <br />trol and water diversion systems. This would include a ~!escrip- <br />tlon of the systems to be employed. <br />[S) A narrative and/or nap is needed descri'~Inq v:liere mining leas <br />already taken place, the d,irectlon it is p mceedln~. the point <br />where it will en.', and the length of tir•,e sosnt on each reining <br />phase. <br />C) More Information is needed about topsoil. How much topsoil will be remove~+ at a <br />given time? :hat measures will be needed to staLlllze topsoil <br />stockpiles) If it will be planted for sta~ilizatlon, what type <br />of vegetation will be used? <br />u) Clore information is needed about the m.tcrial to be mined. To <br />whatddepth will material be mined? `That is the nature of the <br />material directly beneath that which is reined? <br />E) !:ore information is needed about the a`fcct of mining on e~cist- <br />ing structures. For example, one man sho~•:s a power)ine v:hlch <br />boarders the north and west sides of thr: property and the pit. <br />4.'ill the powerline be affected? If so, we eaill need a document <br />from the power company stating how it will be affected and har <br />the problem will be rectified. If not, a document is needed to <br />indicate that the power company has been consulted and that <br />there will be no affect. <br />It is advised that Rule 2.12(4) of the Rules and P.egulations be consulted <br />for this exhibit. <br />IV.
