<br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Kit Carson County District #3; PO Box 160, 251 16th Suite 201, Burlington CO <br />80807, has filed an application for a Construction Materials Limited Impact (110) <br />Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under <br />provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of <br />Construction Materials. The proposed mine is known as the Dorsch Pit, and is <br />located at or near Section 10, Township 10, Range 51 West, 6th Prime Meridian. <br />The proposed date of commencement is August 28th, 1998, and the proposed date of <br />completion is August 28th, 2018. The proposed future use of the land is <br />pastureland. Additional information and tentative decision date may be obtained <br />from the Division of Minerals and Geology, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, <br />Colorado 80203, (303) 866-3567, or at the Kit Carson County Clerk and Recorder's <br />office; PO Box 259, 251 16th Burlington CO 80807, or the above-named applicant. <br />Comments must be in writing and must be received by the Division of Minerals and <br />Geology by 4:00 p.m. on August 15th, 1998. <br />
