This permit will be processed by the <br />Grand County Planning Department. A public hearing is required <br />before approval by the Grand County Board of County Commissioners. <br />Public notice and certified mailings to all property owners within <br />500' and municipalities within 2 miles with return receipts are <br />required prior to the public hearing. <br />The application for the special use permit will be processed upon <br />approval of a Mined Land Reclamation Permit. <br />No other permits are required for this gravel pit. <br />• <br />
