<br /> <br />Exhibit I <br />Soils Information <br />The soils types inherent to this site and identified by the Grand <br />County Area Soils Survey as Tine Gravelly Sandy Loan and Tine <br />Cobbly Sandy Loam. The site is underlain with approximately 20' <br />of gravel. <br />There is little if any topsoil on this property. There are no <br />topsoil stockpiles currently on this site. Grand County has <br />approved the construction of a 60,000 acre/foot storage reservoir <br />in close proximity to this site. Grand County is attempting to <br />arrange with the Colorado River Water Conservation District, the <br />permittee of the reservoir project, to obtain some of the topsoil <br />• that will be removed from the reservoir site. This topsoil will <br />be spread on this site at a depth of 6" over scarified gravel. If <br />the topsoil is stockpiled for more that two years, Grand County <br />will seed these stockpiles and keep them free of noxious weeds. <br />The SCS has completed an analysis of this site. This is included <br />as an attachment to Exhibit E of this application packet. <br /> <br />
