Long <br />Division D~reclor <br />RE: Dowe Flats Quarry, File No. M-93-041 - Adequacy Review Letter <br />Dear Mr. Banks: <br />The application for a 112 Mining and Reclamation Permit, File No. <br />M-93-041, was deemed complete on June 24, 1993. The Division <br />approved two requests from the operator to move the decision date <br />to December 30, 1993. <br />Before your application can be approved by the Division you will <br />need to address the following adequacy items in order to satisfy <br />the applicable requirements of C.R.S. 34-32-101. et. sea. and the <br />Mineral Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined land <br />Reclamation Board. Please provide a response to each item by <br />December 1, 1993. <br />Adequacy Items <br />1. Exhibit A - As per Rule 2.1.2(2) the legal description for <br />the proposed permit area must be provided to at least the <br />nearest quarter quarter section. Please provide this <br />information. <br />2. Exhibit C - As per Rule 2.1.2(4)(b) and (g) please provide <br />a list of all permanent and man-made structures on the <br />affected area and within 200' of the boundary of the affected <br />area and label them all on the Exhibit C-1 Map (This includes <br />within 200 feet of the haul road.)
