EXHIBIT P - Owners of Record of Surface <br /> and Subsurface Rights (See 34-32-112(2)(b)&(c) <br />109(6)x(8) <br />NOTICE PROCEDURES <br />t After the application is considered "filed" (pursuant to Rule 1.1(10) wit the Mined <br />Land Reclamation Division, notice procedures outlined in Ruie 2.2 must be followed. <br />(Format for such notices will be included in the letter you receive from he MLR staff <br />informing you of the Completeness ("filing") of your application.) <br />' FINANCIAL WARRANTY <br />' All applicants must submit a financial warranty in an amount determined b the Board <br />prior to permit issuance. The law and regulations allow for several diff rent types of <br />financial warranty. You should determine what type of financial warranty you desire to <br />use and obtain the appropriate forms from the Mined Land Reclamation Divi ion during the <br />application review period to facilitate finalization of an acceptable fin ncial warranty <br />' and permit issuance. <br />i <br />COLORADO WATER LAWS <br />1 <br />The permittee is encouraged to contact the State Engineer, with regard to the <br />' administration of water rights, and the Colorado Department of Health, wi h regard to <br />the discharge of pollutants into the waters of the State. Violation of C lorado water <br />laws could result in enforcement actions taken by the State Engineer and r the Colorado <br />' Department of Health. <br />
