"fhe Annual Report form and map aze enclosed herewith. Activity associated with this operation during the permit yeaz ended July 13, 2003, included development and construction of the processing and settling pond azeas in Ce116 and Cell 1, as identified in the mine plan. Material extraction commenced in the southwestern area of Ce114 in accordance with the technical revision submitted Apri12, 2003. The enclosed map shows the extent of disturbances to affected land as of end of the pemut yeaz and projected disturbances for the curre~ permit yeaz. No reclamation activity was commenced during the report yeaz. Reclamation activity for the current permit yeaz is proceeding along the southern portion of the area mined during 2002-2003, as noted on the map. Groundwater monitoring wells installed in accordance with the Groundwater Management Plan on file with the Division for this operation aze measured montlily, and copies of the data collected through December I, 2003 aze enclosed with this report.
