The operator will seed as soon as <br />replacement of the topsoil can be done. This will be a long term <br />operation dependent upon the local economy. <br />ii. The operator plans to reclaim areas of approximately 5 acres at a time. <br />Mining will start from a South to North direction, removing as much <br />material from the East perimeter of the property so the backslopes can be <br />shaped in a timely fashion. <br />iii. A) Topsoil 2"-8" <br />B) Fertilize with 401bs/A N & P (operators discretion) <br />C) Drill seed <br />D) Mulch and crimp <br />The pit floor will be left flat. Backsloping will be a 3H:1 V. The following trees have already been planted on the site to create <br />a live snow fence for State Hwy. 112: Sumac, Austree Willow, and <br />Cottonwood. <br />v. The operator will make every effort to save alt topsoil available. The <br />average topsoil depth is 4" to 6" in spots, and deeper in others. <br />
