<br />~~~5~- <br /> <br />Colorado Gravel Products Inc. <br />45247 Hwy. 112 <br />Center, CO 81125 <br />EXHIBIT S Permanent Man-Made Structures <br />Permanent man made structures on this property owned by this operator: <br />One 24' x 72' modular home with 8"x16" footing and 8" x 2' concrete stem wall. <br />One 16' x 24' single car attached garage with 4" concrete floor with 6" concrete footing. <br />One 40' x 60' Galvanized arch type metal building with 12" footing 4" concrete floor. <br />Under ground phone line located along west boundary to existing buildings. <br />Permanent man made structures owned by others: <br />San Luis Valley Rural Electric Cooperative power poles and lines. This operator paid <br />all costs to extend this service and to up-grade from 220 volt single phase to 220 volt <br />and 440 volt three phase power. PTI Communications under ground phone line, <br />located south of south boundary in CDOT right of way. Rio Grande Lateral # 3 owned <br />by Rio Grande Canal Water Users Association, located south of State Hwy. 112 in <br />Section Two Township 40. McCormick irrigation ditch, located in the 12 ft. easement <br />along south boundary. <br />Permanent man made structures with shared ownership by operator and adjacent <br />property owners: <br />The CDOT fence along the south boundary is constructed of wood posts, two strands <br />barb wire and woven wire, is in fair to good condition. The McCormick fence along the <br />east boundary is in poor condition, Is constructed of steel and wood posts, with most of <br />wood posts rotted off and falling down, woven wire and two strands of broken barb <br />wire. The Baker fence along the west boundary is in very poor condition with wood <br />fence posts,with most of the posts rotted off and falling down, patched woven wire and <br />two strands broken barb wire. The Gunther fence on the north boundary is in very poor <br />condition with wood fence post, with most of the posts rotted off, patched woven wire <br />and two strands broken barb wire. The wire is all old, rusted and patched, needing <br />repairs on the east, west, and north fences. <br />
