That portion of the <br />haul road existing prior to mining will not be totally recalimed <br />as it will provide continued access for local ranchers using areas <br />~o ~ J.~ 4-~C~ ~, <br />to the east. <br />St; P,~;ca-t-.,,, No. aD <br />The above acreages do not replace the 5.57 acre rail loadout site <br />at Loma, Colorado, in Mesa County. The area, totally within the <br />D&RGW Railroad right-of-way, was utilized as a rail loading site <br />for many years prior to SEI leasing the area. Upon relinquishing <br />the lease, SEI will remove coal material from the area and will <br />leave the site in a sound condition suitable for future rail load- <br />• ing operations (See Section 2,3.7). <br />The following sections identify proposed methodology for re- <br />storing areas disturbed by the operation to a condition equal to, <br />or greater than, the highest previous use in accordance with the <br />rules and regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board <br />and the Office of Surface Mining.
