EXHBIT D <br />Reclamation Plan <br />The reclamation at the Schuler Construction pit will proceed when the pit has been <br />exhausted of gravel. Approximately 2010. <br />The 9.9 acres will be reclaimed as follows: <br />Please see Natural Resources Conservation Service Recommendation attached. <br />1. All banks will be smoothed to no more than 3:1 slopes. <br />2. The stockpiled topsoil will be redistributed to a packed depth of b" over the <br />appropriate portion of the site being reclaimed <br />3. All disturbed azeas in this portion of the site will be reseeded for range land use as <br />per recommendations of Natural Resource Service (NAGS). <br />4. There will be a retention pond created on the North side of the site. There will be <br />no storm water drainage off the property. <br />5. All waste rock that has been stockpiled will be disposed of Please note that there <br />is not any waste rock anticipated. <br />Estimated Cost for Reclamation of 9.9 acres: <br />1.
