23. .Upon completion of the.work, a letter cerhfymg that all project materials, construction, inspection and'
workmanship was in accordance with the plans and applicable Department standards and specifications for .
road and bridge constmcfiosshall be'submitted to the Colorado Department of Transportation, Region One,
Traffic Section, 18500 East Colfax Ave.; Aurora; CO. 80011...The certification letter must be sealed and
. signed by a Colorado registered professional engineer.
