RECEIVING STREAM: <br />A. Identification, Classification, and Numeric Standards <br />1. Receiving Water: Unnamed tributaries to Boultan Draw, <br />a tributary to the Canadian River. <br />2. Identification: North Platte River Sub-basin, Segment <br />4, of the North Platte River <br />(Planning Region 12). <br />3. Classification: Recreation, Class 1 <br />Aquatic Life, Class 1, (Cold) <br />Agricultural Use <br />Water Supply <br />4. Numeric Standards: The standards which have been assigned in <br />accordance with the above classifications can be found in <br />3.3.0 Classification and Numeric Standards for the Upper <br />Colorado River Basin and North Platte River (Planning Region <br />12), (5 CCR 1002-8), as amended September 9, 1991. It should <br />be noted that this facility does not discharge pollutants <br />which are limited by water quality standards with the <br />exception of pH. <br />B. Receiving Water Data <br />1. Stream Low Flow: Nat Applicable; effluent limitations are not <br />flow based. <br />IV. FACILITY INFORMATION: <br />All SMCRA disturbed areas have been reclaimed. However, two permanent <br />ponds have been approved to remain on the site and disturbed area drainage <br />passes through these structures. <br />Since the facility is currently inactive, any discharges from the facility <br />should consist of surface runoff. If discharge of mine water, prep plant <br />water, sanitary water or other non-surface runoff related water becomes <br />necessary, the Permittee will have to request that an individual NPDES <br />permit be drafted prior to the occurrence of such discharge, to replace <br />this general permit. <br />V. ANTIDEGRADATION: <br />These are not reviewable waters pursuant to Section 3.1.8(3)(a) of the <br />Basic Standards and Methodologies for Surface Water (SCCR 1002-2), based <br />on a finding of no increased water quality impact. <br />
