Long <br />Division Direcbr <br />THIS PERMIT is issued by the Mined Land Reclamation Board, DepartrneM of Natural Resources, <br />State of Colorado. <br />RECITALS <br />A. The Pemrittce, Randy Perdue desires to conduct a musing operation Imown as Perdue, for the <br />purpose of extracting Sandstone (silica, stone, quartzite). The Pemrittee will not mine any secondary <br />commodities at this site. <br />B. On September 11, 2000 the Mined Land Reclamation Board (the "Board") approved the <br />PermitIee's application for this permit, fixed the amount of the financial warranty and directed that this permit be <br />issued upon the filing with the Division of Minerals and Geology (the "Division's of performance warranty and <br />financial warranty (or warranties) ut the amount so fixed in form and substance approved by the Division. Said <br />warranties have beer[ filed with the Division. <br />C. if the Permittee desires to extract materials other than those listed in (A), a separate pemtit may <br />be required. <br />D. On September 11, 2000 the Board made the following findings: <br />1. The apphcation for this pemvt wmplies with the requirements afthe Colorado Mured <br />Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Corrstnrction Materials, C.R.S. 34-32.5-101 et sew., as amended, and <br />with all apphcable local, state and federal laws; <br />2. The operation will not adversely affect the stability of any significant, valuable, and <br />pemtanerrt man-made structure located within two hundred fcet of the Affected Land, exult where there is an <br />agreement between the Operator and the persons having an interest in the structure that damage to the sWdure is <br />to be corrrpensated for by the Permittee; and; <br />
