The plan <br />shall identify potential sources of pollution which may reasonably be expected to affect the quality of <br />stormwnter discharges associated with industrial activity. !n addition, the plan shell describe and ettcnre <br />the implementation of practices which are to be used to reduce the pollutants in stormwnter discharges <br />associated with industrial neriviq~ at the facility, and to assure compliance with the terms and candition.c of <br />this permit. Kerr Coal Company must imp(emenr the provisions ajthe SWMP its a condition of this <br />permit.
