<br />revegetate during the third quarter of 1994. The federal guidelines which apply to this jaciliry are found
<br />under 40 CFR 434, titled Con[ Mining Effluent Guidelines. Federal BAT (Best Available Technology) applies
<br />to the older discharges (autfalls 001 - OOSj x~hile NSPS (New Source Performance Standards) applies to
<br />our(n1Lr 006 and 007 because they were constructed after the regulations were proposed (May 29, 1981).
