Ponds A (Outfall 001), B (Outlall 003), D (Outfall 005), and E (Outfall 006) discharged during this period. No permit <br />limitation exceedences occurred during this period. <br />Outfalls 001, 005 and 007 are being tested for Hardness in addition to the required parameters, however, as noted below, 007 <br />did not discharge and was omitted for this period. A copy of those results is included in this submittal. <br />Outfalls 002, 004, 007, 006 and 009 did not discharge; and therefore have no chemical or toxicological tests during this period. <br />Outfall 020 has not been constructed yet; therefore there is no discharge to enable chemical or toxicological testing to date. <br />Outfalls 010, 016 and 017 have been eliminated from this permit. In order to reduce the amount of paper work, the following <br />certification will be substituted for the actual DMR forms to cover the outfalls which did not discharge. <br />I certi/y under penalty of law that I have personally examined and am /amiliar with the in/ormation submitted herein; ano <br />based on my inquiry o/ those individuals responsible /or obtaining the in/ormation, I believe the submitted in/ormation is <br />true, accurate, and complete. 1 am aware that there are signi/icant penalties for submitting /alse information, including the <br />possibility of line and imprisonment. See 18 U.S.C. § 1001 and 33 U.S.C. § 1319. (Penalties under these statutes may <br />include fines up to $10,000 and/or maximum imprisonment o/between 8 months and 5 years.) <br />///,i~ ?
