TARAMARCAZ PIT <br />EXHIBIT A - Legal Description <br />The gravel pit will be located in the South 1/2 of the North <br />East 1/4 and the North 1/2 of the South East 1/4; in the North <br />West 1/4 of Section 2; Township 48 North; Range 3 East of the <br />NEW MEXICO PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN. <br /> <br />EXHIBIT B - Mining Plan <br />The pit operation will be an open pit mine for the extraction, <br />crushing and storage of Sand and Gravel which will be used on <br />Gunnison County Roads in the vicinity of the pit. Construction <br />will be done by Dozers, Loaders, Trucks and Crusher. All available <br />Topsoil will be stockpiled on the South side of the pit. The pit <br />will be excavated starting at the West end and proceed East. The <br />crushed gravel will be stockpiled in the pit on the South side as <br />the material is crushed. The pit size will be approximately 340 <br />--~ feet by 600 feet by 20 feet deep. <br />,~,~ A <br />There will be no underground water or surface water rights <br />involved in this operation. No water is anticipated to be <br />encountered. <br />Expected output from this pit will be 20,000 to 40,000 tons <br />per calendar year for the life of the pit.
