The final date for receiving <br />wtnments is ten (10) days after the date of publication or the next regular business day. <br />All notices must be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the locality of the proposed mining operation and mailed <br />to the landowners as set forth in the Construction Materials Rules and Regulations.
