EXHIBIT B: SITE DESCRIPTION

a.) The soil is sand with a slight mixture of silty clay. The vegetation is sparse native
grass.
b.) There are no man-made structures within 200 feet of the project area.
c.) Drainage water from the site will flow in a southern direction and flow into a
normally dry gully which would empty into Lewis Creek approximately 2'/z miles
southeast of the permit area.
