Subsidence Handbook Volume III, Exhibit 15 <br />as the rockfall is noted. If a road affected by a rockfall is impassible due to inclement <br />weather, rockfall removal will be delayed. However, this delay is inconsequential because <br />the road will not be used by the Operator or the public due to inclement weather. <br />Persons using trails will be notified of any hazards. Those persons are typically the <br />Operator's employees, hunters or monitoring personnel. <br />The Operator will post signs on roads and trails that lead into and over areas where <br />secondary mining has or will occur within the next six months. The signs will be posted <br />along any roads where rock rollout is predicted. The signs will be maintained for at least <br />two years beyond cessation of mining in any area. The signs will display the following or <br />similar warning. <br />WARNING <br />ENTERING AN AREA <br />THAT HAS BEEN MINED UNDER <br />WATCH OUT FOR FALLING ROCKS <br />ROAD MAY BE CRACKED OR DISPLACED <br />TRAVEL WITH CAUTION <br />Material Required <br />Seed Mixture -Local suppliers.
