the' Colorado Land Reclamation Act for
the Extraction of Construction Materi-
als. The proposed mine is known as
the West Johnson Draw, and is located
at or near Section 9, Township 1 N,
Rangely 102W, 6th Prime Meridian.
The proposed date of commencement
is July, 2004, and fhe proposed date of
completion is July, 2074. The pro-
posed future use of the land is Range-
land.
