The noise, dusf
and odors from this proposed p/ant can on/y have negative effects on my property value.
Please be advised that DMG authority is limited to enforcement of the Act and Rules. The
Act and Rules do not appear to address noise pollution, dust and air pollution, and property
value issues. Therefore, these issues do not appear to be within DMG jurisdiction.
