Irrigation ditches around the perimeter and internal
to the Anderson property are owned by John Anderson. The majority of these ditches will
be removed; however some will be rerouted as shown on Map F for water users further
down the ditch. A damage waiver has been given to John Anderson for the structures on
his property; contingent upon the sale of the Anderson property to United Companies,
this damage waiver will be deemed null, Only after United Companies has bought the
Anderson Property, the interior structures will be removed prior to the mining of Phase 6
in order to ensure that the buildings do not interfere with the mining operations. No
structures are planned to replace the structures which United Companies will remove.
e) 1 house, 3 farm related structures, wooden fences to the northwest of the corner of United
Companies property, wire fence along 1675 Road and the road north of the Anderson Pit
owned by Will Hutchins.
Anderson Pit Apri105 S-1
