All of <br />these structures are shown on Maps C-1, C-2, and F. The landowner boundaries are shown on <br />Map C-1. <br />a) Power lines along portions of the western and northern edges of United Companies <br />property owned by Delta Montrose Electric Association. <br />b) 6" Waterline along the eastern edge of 1675 Road and on the northern edge of the <br />property owned by Tri-County Water District. <br />c) Phoneline along the eastern edge of 1675 Road and the northern edge of the property <br />owned by Qwest Communications. <br />d) 1 house, 2 garages, 1 lean-to structure, 2 shop/shed buildings, I bam, 1 common fence, <br />and 1 silo owned by John Anderson. Irrigation ditches around the perimeter and internal <br />to the Anderson property are owned by John Anderson. The majority of these ditches will <br />be removed; however some will be rerouted as shown on Map F for water users further <br />down the ditch. A damage waiver has been given to John Anderson for the structures on <br />his property; contingent upon the sale of the Anderson property to United Companies, <br />this damage waiver will be deemed null, Only after United Companies has bought the <br />Anderson Property, the interior structures will be removed prior to the mining of Phase 6 <br />in order to ensure that the buildings do not interfere with the mining operations. No <br />structures are planned to replace the structures which United Companies will remove. <br />e) 1 house, 3 farm related structures, wooden fences to the northwest of the corner of United <br />Companies property, wire fence along 1675 Road and the road north of the Anderson Pit <br />owned by Will Hutchins. <br />Anderson Pit Apri105 S-1 <br />
