This report is being sent within two weeks of <br />the day it was received. Mr. Don May, P.S., has certified that <br />all facilities are being constructed and maintained according to <br />approved designs. <br />Also, a brief explanation of Mr. May's comment under the Coal <br />Waste Pile paragraph of the report concerning addition of fill on <br />top of the pile is in order. Fill is being added to the top of <br />the waste pile in an effort to establish proper grade.
