Be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of Gilnin County. Colorado:
A resolution allotting land use zoning districts within unincorporated areas in Gilpin
County, Colorado. Adopting maps of sold areas and zoning districts therein; regulating
the use of land and the use of minimum lot area, minimum lot width, minimum lot frontage,
minimum yards and maximum height for building; providing special regulations for
nonconforming uses and nonconforming buildings; defining certain terms used herein, and
prescribing methods for enforcement, amendment, variance, special permits,
interpretation, severability and appeals. Approved December, 7974
