AEter a particular eater right is changed in type or <br />place of use in aeeo rdanee with this plan, the total rate at <br />which water may be diverted through the cells described herein <br />or stored at the storage sites described herein pursuant to that <br />water right shall be limited to [hc smaller of the following: <br />(1) the amount of ~w arty physically available in priority at the <br />old point of diversion of that water right; ~or (2) the amount <br />decreed at the old point of diversion of that eater right. <br />During times o[ such diversions or storage, Energy shall cause a <br />continuous call to be placed by such changed eater right Eor its <br />full decreed amount (or for the portion thereof owned by Energy) <br />at its originally decreed point of diverison or place of <br />storage. <br />J. Prior to the use of the tributary portions of <br />Energy Well l:o. 3-2 or energy Well No. 7, or other cell listed <br />i <br />on Ezhibit A, a~ an alternate point of diversion for any water <br />right under this plan, Energy shall install a totalizing floe <br />meter or meters and shall maintain continuous records of <br />diversions from the yell or yells. The records of such <br />diversions shall be .'urnished annually to the Division Engineer, <br />and shall be furnished to any party hereto upon reasonable <br />request at the expense of the requesting party. <br />R.
