There was considerable testimony with respect to the current state of <br />conditions on the trail (signage and fallen trees particularly). The Court is satisfied that <br />the current signage may remain. Defendants shall not place any further signage whicti <br />might give the impression that any member of the public utilizing this acxiess is <br />trespassing. The Court also wncludes that the trees that have fallen across the trail <br />may be but need not be removed by Defendants. The gate shall remain unlocked <br />pending further order of the Court. As movant Is a governmental entity, no bond is <br />required. This matter shall be set for a status conference on August 19, 1999 at 1:30 <br />p. m. The hearing previous set for a preliminary Injunction on July 9, 1999 is vacated. <br />~.
