One next to the mine fan at the D-Portal Area and <br />one located near the junction of the haul road and County Road 65. <br />IV.Q Miscellaneous <br />This section has been added to the permit to discuss operating details that are not discussed <br />elsewhere in the permit and to provide a section for detailing future revisions that may be made to <br />the permit. <br />Pesticides and Toxic Materials: BME will not use persistent pesticides unless prior approval is <br />obtained from the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology.
