BEFORE THE MINED LAND RECLAMATION BOARD <br />STATE OF COLORADO <br />DRAFT PRE-HEARING ORDER <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION FOR BENSON BROTHERS RED SHALE PIT <br />PERMIT APPLICATION, FILE NO. M-2005-071. <br />The Mined Land Reclamation Board ("the Board"), through prehearing conference officer Sandra <br />Brown, and pursuant to Construction Materials Rule 2.7, conducted a prehearing conference on <br />April 25, 2006 in Cedazedge, Colorado. The Board, having considered this order, as proposed by <br />the prehearing conference officer, and having considered any objections or comments from the <br />parties, hereby enters the following Pre-hearing Order for the captioned proceeding: <br />I. FORMAL PUBLIC HEARING <br />The Formal Public Hearing on this matter (unless noticed otherwise) is scheduled for May ]0-11, <br />at the Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 318, Denver, Colorado 80203, during <br />the Boazd's May 2006 meeting. The Boazd's agenda (unless noticed otherwise) will begin at 9:00 <br />a.m on Wednesday and at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday. <br />II.
