Twentymile Coal Company provided copies of WET testing reports as well. <br />Results of WET tests indicate that discharges at NPDES point 001 failed for samples analyzed on <br />October 27 and 28, 1998, for both Ceriodaphnia dubia and Pimepheles promelas. NPDES site 005 also <br />ex}tibited failures for both tests conducted on the same days. The Division verified calculations of <br />Manganese compilation point 0019A. Initially, Twentymile Coal Company had not submitted adequate <br />detail to allow the Division to determine the calculations. Upon a telephone discussion with Ivlr. Joe <br />Shoemaker, Twentymile Coal Company fa.~ced down the additional data to show Manganese loading rates <br />used for calculating this value.
