PURSUANT TO AUGUST 4, 2004 DISTRICT COURT ORDER
THE COURT having reviewed this matter during the October 8, 2004 Attorneys' Fees
Hearing, which was set only to determine the amount of attorneys' fees to be awazded Plaintiff
pursuant to the August 4, 2004, Order of this Court, hereby ORDERS that judgment in the
amount of $4505.75 in favor of Plaintiff, Boazd of County Commissioners of Gilpin County,
acting as the Gilpin County Boazd of Health, and against Defendants is hereby entered. Said
judgment constitutes attorneys' fees assessed by this Court for Defendants' frivolous and
groundless appeal, and includes time spent by counsel for Plaintiff in prepazation for the October
3, 2004 hearing.
