On August 4, 2004, this Court entered an Order awazding attomeys fees to <br />Plaintiff/Appellee in light of Defendants' frivolous and groundless appeal. This Court <br />furthered ordered that a hearing be set to determine the amount of said fees. August 4, <br />2004 Order, attached hereto as Exhibit A. <br />2. A hearing regarding attomeys' fees has been set for October 8, 2004 at 10:00 a.m. <br />
