• <br />Addendum 1 Notice Requirements <br />Newspaper Publication: <br />Public Notice <br />DelHur Industries. Inc.: 2nd and Oldfield, PO Box 883 Hermiston OR. 97838, phone # 541-567- <br />8693, has filed an application for a Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of <br />Construction Materials. The proposed mine is know as the McKenna Limestone Ouarry and is <br />located at or near Section 31, Township 27 South. Ranee64 West. 6~ Principle Meridian. <br />The proposed date of commencement is April , 2000, and the proposed date of completion is Aril <br />2010. The proposed future use of the land is Ran eg land. <br />Additional information and the tentative decision date may be obtained from the division of <br />Minerals and Geology, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado, 80203, (303) 866- <br />3567, or at the Huerfano County Clerk and Recorder's office: 401 Main Street, Suite 201 <br />Walsenburg, CO, or at the above-named applicant. A completed copy of the application is <br />available at the above-named County Clerk and Recorder's office and at the Division's office. <br />Comments concerning the application and exhibits must be th writing and must be received by the <br />Division of Minerals and Geology by 4:00 p.m. on '3- 2b , 2000. <br />Please note that under the provisions of C.R. S. 34-32.5-101, et. sue. comments related to noise, <br />tn~ck traffic, hours of operation, visual impncts, effects on property values and other social or <br />economic concern are issues not s:rbjeet to this Office's jurisdiction.
