LOng <br />Division Director <br />The Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology (DMG) is recommending approval of the Angie Pit <br />112c permit application, File No. M-99-025, submitted by Louisiana Land and Gravel Company, <br />LLC.. This recommendation is based on the finding by DMG that the applicant has demonstrated <br />compliance with the requirements of Section 34-32.5-115(4) of the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials (the Act). DMG's rational for the <br />approval recommendation is enclosed. <br />A Pre-hearing Conference is scheduled to occur on July 18, 2000, at 1:00 P.M., at the Redvale <br />Community Center in Redvale Colorado. <br />The application will be considered by the Mined Land Reclamation Board during a Formal Public <br />Hearing scheduled for July 26-27, 2000.
