Ellis, P.E., hereby attest that I am familiaz with the Trapper Mine Site and I also <br />understand the Rules and Regulations promulgated under 40 CFR Part 112 OiI Pollution <br />Prevention and how they apply. I personally visited the Site for the purposes of gathering <br />information in order to prepare this SPCC Plan. The SPCC Plan has been prepazed in <br />accordance with good engineering practice, including considerations given for applicable <br />industry standards as well as the requirements of 40 CFR Part 112. Procedures for inspecting <br />and testing the tanks and containers have been established and aze herein incorporated.
