Bond calculations amounting to $26,715.00 are enclosed for your <br />perusal. The staff now has been able to document that there is adequate <br />material for a 3:1 slope reduction coupled with a decrease in the volume of <br />the pond, based on the Cross-sections. We are unable to support a scenario <br />which would limit double handling of 50Y. of the topsoil under our traditional <br />bonding procedures. The Division is required to retain adequate funds to <br />allow a third party contractor to perform reclamation at the site. <br />Upon the receipt of the topsoil sampling map and following a successr~ul bond <br />release inspection, the Division anticipates release of the following monies: <br />Backfilling and Grading 521,127.00 <br />Seeding and Mulching $18,906.00 <br />540,033.00 <br />STYE OF COLORADO <br /> <br />
